Where is my package?
All packages are shipped with PostNL and have a delivery time of 1-2 business days in the Netherlands and 2-3 business days in Belgium. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a track-and-trace email. Here you can track when your package will arrive.
Have you still not received your package after 5 business days? Please contact us by email.
Do I have to pay shipping costs?
No, with Seeve Official you do not pay shipping costs. The shipping is completely free. Always.
How can I return my package?
What a pity that you want to return your purchase, but of course we will arrange that! You can return your order within 14 days of receipt to the address below. Please include a note with your name and order number so we know the return shipment is from you.

Your purchase must be in its original condition, without damage. We cover the cost of the outbound shipment; the cost of the return shipment is at your own expense. Your return will be processed within 2-3 business days after receipt.
My package was delivered damaged
Is there something wrong with the product upon receipt? Then please contact us at info@seeveofficial.nl and include a photo of the damage, if possible. We will then work together to find a solution!
I want to receive a (VAT) invoice
Send an email to info@seeveofficial.nl with your order number and VAT number. The VAT invoice will be sent to you within 1-2 business days.
