Where is my package?
All packages are shipped with PostNL and have a shipping time of 1-2 business days in the Netherlands and 2-3 business days in Belgium . Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a track and trace email . Here you can track when your package arrives.
If you still haven't received your package after 5 business days, please contact us by email.
Do I have to pay shipping costs?
No, at Seeve Official you don't pay shipping costs. Shipping is completely free . Always.
How can I return my package?
Too bad you want to return your purchase, but of course we will take care of that! You can return your order within 14 days of receipt to the address below. Add a note with your name and order number, so we know the return shipment is from you.

Your purchase must be in its original condition, without damage. We will pay for the outward journey, the return journey/return costs are at your own expense. Your return will be processed within 2-3 business days after receipt.
My package was delivered damaged
Is there something wrong with the product upon receipt? Please contact us via info@seeveofficial.nl and send a photo of the damage, if possible. Then we will look for a solution together!
I want to receive a (VAT) invoice
